When to contact the hotel instead
For an existing booking, a change on the day, lost property or anything urgent during your stay, go straight to the hotel. These are The Star's published contacts:

- Guest Services hours: 9am to 8pm AEST/AEDT, Monday to Sunday.

By day
During the day, email is best for anything to do with a request you sent us, a correction, or a question about this site.
Corrections are welcome: if a fact here is out of date, tell us where you saw the newer version.
By night
At night, if something goes wrong at the hotel, call the hotel, not us; we cannot act on a booking we did not make.
