Three of the five residence types are built for groups. Each has two marble bathrooms and a big island bench with stools; they differ in beds, living space and view.

All three also list air-conditioning, bathrobes, mood lighting, a docking station and free Wi-Fi. None of them publishes a floor area.

Parents and two children
The Two Bedroom Pyrmont or City View Suite: a king for the adults, a double for the children, and an en suite so the morning rush has two doors.
Friends travelling together
The Entertainer Suite has two separate living areas, so a late film in one does not keep anyone awake in the other.
Six people, three rooms
The Three Bedroom Darling Harbour View Suite is the only unit with a third bedroom; the second room can be set as two king singles or a queen.
By day
Mornings with children: the pool on Level 5 opens at 6am, and under-16s swim with an adult. Pirrama Park, further along Pirrama Road, has an extensive playground and barbecues.
Light rail from The Star stop takes you to the new fish market for lunch without a car seat.
By night
Evenings in a big apartment are easy: set the island bench, open the balcony, and let the teenagers take the second living room.
If the adults want a show at the Sydney Lyric, the theatre is inside the same complex; you are a lift ride away from the children.
Before you request
Tell us the ages of any children and whether the second bedroom in the three-bedroom suite should be twin or queen. The hotel notes that extra bedding depends on availability and should be booked ahead; there is a maximum of one rollaway bed per suite, at $80 a night as listed on 1 November 2026.
For one or two people, the one-bedroom residences are smaller and quieter. For a short city break, a hotel Superior Twin might be enough.
