Requests through this site

Is the form a booking?

No. It sends your dates and details to our booking desk, which checks availability and the rate with the hotel's reservations or a booking partner and replies by email. Nothing is booked until you agree.

Do you charge a fee?

No. When a request becomes a confirmed stay, the hotel or the booking partner may pay us a commission. You pay the hotel's rate. See how the money works.

Do you need my card details?

No, and we never ask for them. Payment is made to the hotel or the partner that completes the reservation.

How fast do you reply?

Usually within one working day. If your dates are close, say so in the notes.

By day

Most daytime questions are about the pool hours, the light rail and the market, all covered above.

If something is time-sensitive, call the hotel's Guest Services on 1800 700 700 between 9am and 8pm.

By night

Most night-time questions are about the casino entry and late food: Fat Noodle and the Sports Bar are open 24/7, both on the gaming floor and 18+.

Our own inbox, hello@pyrmontbaystays.com, is read during the day.

Dates first, the rest after

This is a request, not a booking. Our desk checks the dates and the rate with the hotel's own reservations or a booking partner and answers by email; nobody asks for card details here. This site is paid a commission by the hotel or its booking partner when a request sent here turns into a confirmed stay. You pay nothing to us. How the money works.

Thank you. The request reached our desk; the reply comes by email, usually within one working day.
